WHAT IS A FREE TERMITE SERVICE ESTIMATE?

A FREE Termite Service Estimate is simply a free price estimate (some people refer to these as bids) to perform termite service (either a soil treatment or a baiting service, or a combination of both). Do not confuse a Free Termite Service Estimate with an Inspection: it's not an Inspection. Inspections cost money and are a professional service performed by highly trained individuals: beware of Free Inspections!

WHAT DOES A FREE TERMITE SERVICE ESTIMATE CONSIST OF?

You contact a Licensed Pest Control Company and ask if they provide FREE Termite Service Estimates. If they say "Yes," schedule with them for a FREE Termite Service Estimate. The Pest Control Company will send someone to your house who will give you (leave with you) a price estimate (bid) to perform the extent of treatment/service you intend to authorize. In most cases they will need to check out interior as well as exterior treatment areas, so someone will need to be there to let them in. Our Estimates (Price Estimates) are usually a firm Bid and the price(s) is (are) good for 90 days.
