About Best Exterminators, Inc.

Brief History Of Our Company

We have been providing professional pest control services in Missouri and Kansas since 1948. Our normal daily service operational area is within and around the Greater Kansas City Metro Areas. Best performs Real Estate Inspections (all types including second opinion and litigation statements of findings) and pest prevention and control measures for all pests.

Our Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide our customers a healthier living, working, and recreational environment. We believe the most important person at Best is our customer. We do not believe in deceptive advertizing. We simply use the finest products and equipment available. Our technicians have undergone extensive training, to provide you the Best service available at very competitive prices. We are not the new kid on the block, Best has been providing pest control services in the Kansas City (Missouri and Kansas) metropolitan areas since 1948. We are really good at what we do, and will continually strive to remain the Best.

Our Professionals Receive Extensive Training

Professional pest control service is just that: it is a service. Our service technicians have been through an extensive initial training program which exceeds the state requirements and includes both classroom and practical (on-the-job) training. Each service technician has passed a closed-book examination verifying the technician's competency.

They receive periodic update training as well as re-currency training in all the pertinent categories and subcategories of pest control services. Training includes, but is not limited to, study and supervised training in the following areas: inspection techniques, pest identification, pest control methods, alternative control methods, pesticide application equipment, pesticides, pesticide hazards and safety, pesticide spills, pesticide labels and material safety data sheets, federal and state pesticide laws, state consumer protection laws with respect to pest control services, OSHA requirements, worker protection standards, right to know requirements, endangered and threatened species acts as they relate to our operational area, structural construction short courses, soil types and stratigraphy, water bodies [surface and subsurface], ecological systems, and customer communications.

Each of our service technicians undergoes periodic job performance evaluation. The difference between our professional pest control service technicians and the do-it-yourself homeowner is the extent of special training our technicians receive: we believe it is an important difference.
